Ask-a-Question
Ask Grandma directly. She’ll answer in her own voice.
Family members submit questions. The storyteller records a personal answer. Real conversation, preserved forever.
How it works
A real back-and-forth conversation — across distance, across time, preserved forever.
Your family member types a question
Through the Living Story app, any family member can submit a question — "What was your childhood home like?" or "How did you meet Grandpa?" They just type it in.
You get notified — personally
You receive a notification: "Your granddaughter Sarah wants to know..." You see exactly who asked and what they want to hear. It feels personal because it is.
You record your answer in your own voice
Press record and answer the question the way only you can. Your voice, your stories, your perspective — not a form or a text box, but a real answer.
Sarah hears your real answer, forever
The answer is saved to your Living Story and linked to Sarah's question. She can listen to it anytime — and so can everyone else who loves you.
The questions families are asking
Every family has questions they’ve always wondered about. Now there’s a way to ask — and hear the real answer.

The questions we never got to ask
Most of us have things we wish we’d asked a grandparent or parent — and didn’t. Maybe we were too young. Maybe we thought there would be more time.
Ask-a-Question makes sure that doesn’t happen to the next generation. The door is always open. The answers are always saved.
